The story of this blog:
Once upon a time, I moved to a new city where I didn't know anyone and had too much time on my hands. While I really do enjoy my job I realized I needed a hobby and began brainstorming. I have always liked having a creative outlet and after much deliberation (mainly about the cost) I decided to give photography a try.
Well I somehow found the courage to ask the hubby if we could invest in purchasing a Digital SLR camera and surprisingly he said yes! The next day we were at Best Buy purchasing that beauty in the picture below. My very own Canon Rebel T3i and it is amazing!
I decided to create My World In Focus so that my close family and friends could follow me as I try to learn and grow as a newbie photographer.
The pictures below are of some flowers taken right outside our apartment as well as some taken at Walden Pond in Concord, MA.
